AVELUNO provides ready-to-use digital products, tools, templates, systems and downloadable resources. Our products are delivered electronically and no physical goods are shipped.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR DIGITAL CONTENT

Customers located in the European Union and other jurisdictions where a statutory right of withdrawal applies may have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within the applicable statutory period.

Where a digital product is supplied immediately, the customer may be asked during the purchase process to expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once access to or downloading of the digital content begins, the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost in accordance with applicable law.
